Start with your viewing location
Tell us where you intend to use IPTV and whether you live there, are moving or are planning a short visit. This starts the conversation with your actual situation, rather than a general answer about viewing abroad.
If you will watch in several locations, list each country. Another location may mean a different device and connection. Check your chosen country and device before ordering; an answer about your first location does not confirm your second.

Prepare your exact device model
A brand name does not identify your television’s operating system. Find the model and system version in its “About” settings or on its label. Include any separate streaming device’s model too.
For a phone, tablet or computer, add its system and version. Tell us your main device and whether others would be used alternately or simultaneously. Discuss the app and viewing options with us before buying equipment.

Check the channels you want
Start with the IPTV channel catalogue: search names or filter Slovenian and regional editions and categories such as sports, film and kids’ channels.
Note the exact channel names and editions you want. A channel’s catalogue group is not your viewing country and does not confirm its audio language. The catalogue also does not confirm that every channel is included in every plan.
Before choosing a plan, check current availability of your selected channels for your country and device on WhatsApp. Mention any particular show or sporting event separately.
Plan duration and connection
Choose 1 month for €10, 3 months for €20 or 12 months for €50. These are total prices for the stated periods. Compare the duration with your intended use; a short visit and year-round viewing may call for different choices.
At a new location, check the connection on the device you intend to use. If your television supports Ethernet, compare it with Wi-Fi. Pause large downloads while testing. In a hotel or temporary accommodation, first check that your device can connect to the network at all.
Prepare a message about your situation
Add your country, device model and preferred duration. In WhatsApp, you can also add the programmes you want and any planned changes of location.
